Stuck in the Middle

Very few of us are at the TOP of the authority channel.  Very few of us are at the BOTTOM of the authority channel.  MOST of us are stuck in the middle. 

Most of us feel like the ROPE in a TUG of WAR.  Being the Rope is NOT fun.  Being the Rope means you are STUCK in the middle, trying our best to encourage our teams and honor the expectations of supervisors.
