God is Guiding

There are moments in our lives when we implore the activity of God in our lives.  We scream for freedom on the one hand, and we scream for God to take control on the other.  So many things seem out of our control.  So many things seem hopeless.  We may even say, “Only God can fix this, yet God seems absent.”

One of my good friends keeps asking me for signs of hope.  My response is, “God is guiding.”  which has become a mantra of mine for several years.  My business coach is the most positive and energetic guy in my life.  He is hopeful about everything.  Keep looking for pockets of hope and inspiration…and usually you’ll see God around you.

Please don’t reduce this lesson to politics.  I am Christ-Confident about everything.  I challenge you to be a bit more hopeful and a bit less fearful.  Be a bit more trusting and a bit less afraid.  Things are unfolding in ways that only God understands.  God is bigger than any government, any king, any army.  And God is bigger than any issue, any situation that is before us…protecting, providing, and guiding.
