John 5
In John 5:5-9, Jesus performs the third sign, healing a man who had been paralyzed for 38 years. Jesus asks if the man wants to be well, and despite his excuses, Jesus commands him to stand and walk, which he does. However, the man shows no gratitude, and Jesus is left wondering whether he will follow Him or simply take his healing for granted.
